Is my data safe?

We understand that you’re trusting us with some of your most sensitive data. We appreciate your faith in us! Your data’s security is our top priority. We believe in having nothing less than state-of-the-art security on our platform. Here’s a list of precautions we take to keep your data safe.

What data from my organization does Affinity store?

For our algorithms to work, we collect email and calendar data (including subject lines, event titles, and main body content) for every individual using Affinity in your organization. No one using Affinity can see another individual’s email or calendar content unless they are included on the communication (CC’d or BCC’d).

Do you have a mobile app?

Our mobile app is currently in development, but it’s coming soon! Sign up here to get notified as soon as it’s ready.

How do I get help?

What happens if I stop using Affinity?

As outlined in our Privacy Policy and Terms Of Use, we will permanently delete all of the email and calendar event data that we collected from you.
