Community Code of Conduct

This Community is maintained and operated by Project Affinity, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Affinity). Your access to and use of our community is subject to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other agreements you may have with Affinity. Please note: this community is not private and you must avoid sharing confidential information, credentials, or other sensitive records or information. You should direct any support or private questions regarding your use of Affinity products and services to: support@affinity.co.

Our community is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all members. We expect all community members to abide by the following code of conduct:

Respect: Treat all members of the community with respect, kindness, and empathy. Do not engage in any behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or offensive.

Inclusivity: Our community welcomes and celebrates diversity. Do not discriminate against any member based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other protected characteristic.

Communication: Communicate clearly, respectfully, and constructively with other members. Do not engage in personal attacks, name-calling, or aggressive behavior.

Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information, private messages without their consent, or information about your company’s contract with Affinity.

Compliance with Laws: Our community operates within the laws of the country and state where it is based. Do not engage in any behavior that violates local, state, or federal laws.

Moderation: Our community is moderated to ensure compliance with this code of conduct. Follow the instructions of moderators and report any violations of this code of conduct.

Contributions: Contribute positively to the community by sharing knowledge, offering support, and engaging in constructive discussions. Do not engage in spamming, trolling, or any behavior that disrupts the community.

Learning: Our community is a space for learning, growth, and development. Be open to feedback, willing to learn from others, and respectful of differences in opinions and perspectives. Consequences of Violation:

Violation of this code of conduct may result in warnings, temporary or permanent bans, removal from the community, or other action by Affinity. The severity of the consequences will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. The community moderators and Affinity have discretion to decide on the appropriate course of action based on their discretion.

We hope that all members of the community will follow this code of conduct and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
