Our Implementation Program supports customers as they begin their Affinity journey.

Affinity’s Onboarding and Implementation program supports new users as they start using Affinity. Participants will receive one-on-one support from an experienced Onboarding and Implementation Manager for topics like, logging in, data migration, live training, and data analysis.
Timeline
Preparation Phase
- Prerequisites ahead of Kickoff Call
- Having users log in and sync their data
- Setting up standard or custom SSO (if applicable)
- Formatting data in line with templates and sharing data ahead of Kickoff Call (if applicable)
Kickoff Call (Traditionally Week 1)
- Confirm user access
- Confirm requirements
- If data migration is required, review data if provided ahead of call
- Review native integrations
- Review scorecard
- Confirm scheduling of weekly meetings
- Add graphic of timeline below

Instance Configuration and Data Review (Traditionally Week 2)
- Review the first adoption report
- Confirm user access
- If data migration is required, review data
- Confirm user and list configuration requirements
- Review change management
Test Import Review (Traditionally Week 3)
- Review the second adoption report
- If data migration is required, review test import. Finalize changes
Full Import Review (Traditionally Week 4)
- Review the third adoption report
- If data migration is required, review full import. Ensure successful deployment
- Schedule team training as weekly check-in 5
Q&A (Traditionally Week 5)
- Review the fourth adoption report
- Allow time for Q&A
- Confirm scheduling of team training
Team Training (Traditionally Week 5)
- Review the fifth adoption report
- Team training of their instance and workflows
Final Implementation Call / CSM Handoff (Traditionally Week 6)
- Review the sixth adoption report
- Introduce the Customer Success Manager
- Confirm vision aligned with requirements confirmed during KOC
- Transition to Customer Success Manager and Analytics team for custom dashboard implementations
